MY FAMILY TRIP - LATA CELAK, IBOI, KUPANG, BALING.

On 25 December 2011, we went to Lata Celak, at Iboi, Kupang, Baling, Kedah, Malaysia. This was the nicest fall I ever went. I love it because it far from develepment, not many people know the place, very quiet, very fresh and I feel safe because the water is shallow and I can see the bottom. Actually I've already experienced many Latas like Lata Bukit Hijau which is really steep and long, Hutan Lipur Sg sedim which is very wide and rough, suitable for water rafting (I'm quite afraid with the strong current), Lata Bayu which is deep and dark that come with a nice man made surrounding, Air Terjun Junjong which is small and nice, suitable for children, Hutan lipur Ulu Paip which is very famous, very nice and high. Among all, I like Lata Celak because it is very 'virgin', untouch and natural.  I recommend you yo come here. This place is easy to find. You just go to Grik Jeli highway, a few kilometres after the exit to Kuala Pegang at left, you will see Madrasah Khairiyyah on the right then after that you will see an exit to Iboi. Use the route to Iboi, you will find Kampung Bendang Pecah and after that, here you are... Lata Celak.

MY FAMILY TRIP - PANGKOR

Assalamualaikum,
Last month on 12,13 and 14 th of November 2011, our family went to Pangkor for a family trip. It was a very happy moment and also very tiring. Actually we planned to save our budget, that's why we bought fresh sea foods and cooked by ourselves. If only the hotel management found out that we cooked rice and even fish curry using my multipurpose rice cooker in our room.. i can't imagine what will happen to us.. he he.. But after that we found out that out idea is not really excellent. Cooking and smoking the fish at night without enough lighting. We barely see our own face, the night was such a dark night and the hotel management don't even care to put a bollard light or at least a bulb..(i'm not going to mention the hotel name b'coz it quite famous at Pangkor.

However, day time was really wonderful, full with activities like snorkelling (that scratched my hubby foot until bleeding, snorkelling at Pangkor was not really fun, incomparable to Redang which is faaaaar better), banana boating which was great! and swimming at Teluk Man...Teluk Man...wow! Nice great place I must suggest you. Only one place we unable to go, (I really hope I can visit this place one day.. they call it Teluk Segadas.. Because it was quite gloomy and rainy on the last day.. Okay! just browsed the photo..bye..

Do you see the red small entity who really loves to 'appear' in every photo?..

BOSSES

google images
Bosses. They never think about their staffs when they give them assignment....

By hook or by crook, you must get this number of people to join our courses. Whether you have time to do it? whether you have the ability and competency to do it? It's not our business. You think about it. You work until night? You work during weekend? it's all up to you. You don't have time for your spouse and kids? Who cares?
I want this number. You must achieve this number, because this is my KPI. I get the requirement to be fulfilled. You, my staff is the one who will do the job for me. If 'we' achieve the target, I will remain your boss. If we don't, I will scold or fire you. Any extra payment? Sorry you are the professional, you are not entitle for that. (but actually their staffs do the work more like their servants than professionals).
Aaah.. just to this and just do that. Easy. I give you idea.. you just do. That's my part as a boss. Giving ideas and suggestion. (But they the bosses never actually experiencing the things that they suggest their staffs to do. They never know whether their idea can be work out or not. And actually their staffs has a better idea than theirs).
Ooo.. bosses. Think of your staffs constrains too. Do not just focus on your target. Or your staffs will drop dead very soon...

My Favourite Things (Part 1) - Jogging Track

My front yard - I plant all these about 4 years ago
 Salam to all readers,

I'm feeling quite happy because today is a public holiday for all Malaysian. We celebrate victory of a football match between Malaysia and Indonesia. So, the first thing I did today is jogging. We started jogging at 7.35 a.m. Actually I don't mean to tell you about our activity, which I'm sure everyone of you has experienced with. What I actually want to tell you is about our jogging track. This jogging track is actually a road / driveway in front of my house. This driveway is quite long. The length it's about a kilometer. What I like most are the things that I can find and see along the track. To me, all these things are nice and interesting. Well, may be you won't like them. I can understand because I am a nature lover, scenery lover, panorama lover and countryside lover. Okay, I will explain the photos below. Just read the caption.

<><><><>Picture above shows my house gate. Do you see the jogging track? It just a step outside our compound. Beside it is a palm oil plantation, namely Mayfield Division.
This is the jogging track. It's a very nice and even road. Free from busy traffic. You can either jog or ride.  Sometimes there's also cars and motorbike using this route.
Wafa walking - gay and free

You can also find small canal somewhere along the road. Look how clear the water is..

A very fresh morning. Wafa look so happy...Abang is cycling ahead of her..

Our neighbour - Pak Cik Din Contractor

Our unknown neighbour - nobody live here yet, the house is still under construction

Our another neighbour - The Late Bang Darus house

unknown grass with a nice small flower
Terung pungar - A kind of eggplant with a spike skin
Another grass with small dandelion like flowers..
Most of the houses here has their own style of fencing. The owner doesn't really care about how does the fence look like , as long as they can protect their crops from their neighbour's herds.
Some of our neighbour are very poor

Look at their fence.. does it look fragile??

 Benches under longan tree

a very country-like looking house. Still under construction.

What I actually like with the house is this unknown weird looking climbing plant

We are getting nearer to the end of the lane...

You can see the end of the lane from here. We never dare to go nearer. Too many dangerous creature like snakes, creepy insects and wild dogs.

My neighbours really love planting puddings

Another canal with column bridges, used by the palm fruit picker.

A cow looking straight at us, when we were on our way home..
My hubby is busy mowing the grass when we arrived...
